Chocolette Distribution LLC  objects to any different or additional terms. 3. Price. The purchase price will be set forth in the Purchase Order. In case of discrepancies between these Terms (as amended, revised, and updated from time to time) and a Purchase Order, the Purchase Order shall prevail.
