After you’ve submitted your order and received a valid Tracking number (tracking numbers are emailed at approximately 11:00 pm ET on the day your order ships), you have the option to customize your shipping arrangements with that carrier by contacting them directly

Although your order is cold-packed to prevent melting, due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt, or that you may have updated or revised through any customization options with our shipping partner.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will also contain tracking information. If you don’t see either email, please check your email spam folder.
