Written by, Christine Chanel
For some of us—there’s nothin’ “basic” about pumpkin everything. The list of pumpkin-themed treats goes on and on, and we are absolutely living for it. If only there was a healthy way to incorporate an autumn-themed breakfast packed with all the right fats and nutrition…meet our chocolate pumpkin protein smoothie! This perfectly sweet smoothie is a blend of protein, fiber, omegas, and vitamin A.
Instead of reaching for an easy sugar-loaded doughnut first thing in the AM—opt for this energizing smoothie that will help you nourish your body while eliminating those morning sweet-tooth cravings. Start your morning off the right way.
If you experience autumn weather then you know how strange it can feel eating or drinking something that doesn’t quite match the weather. You throw on your big sweater, peek out the window at the crisp crunchy leaves on the ground and that’s when you realize that your green coconut pineapple smoothie just isn’t passing the cozy vibe check. Who says that healthy smoothies can’t match the season changes?
So, why add RED? RED is crafted with all-natural sweeteners derived from fruits (melons), all while delivering buttery, creamy flavor without the added refined sugar. 40% less fat and 35% fewer calories than other leading chocolates. RED is low carb, reduced calorie, reduced fat, gluten-free, Kosher certified, and vegetarian.
We’ve decided we’re going to put it to the test.
